They will also assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses, as well as support the accounting department with daily operations.

• Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter financial data into our system, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Invoice Booking: Book invoices into our system, verifying accuracy and completeness.
• Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile financial transactions between different systems, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Daily Operations: Support the accounting department with daily tasks, such as answering questions and resolving issues.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
