Customer Support Expert for Dutch Speaking Clients

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients.

Job Description:

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to their subscription services.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Educate customers on how to maximize their subscription benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based services is a plus.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
