We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients.
Job Description:
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to their subscription services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Educate customers on how to maximize their subscription benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with subscription-based services is a plus.
- Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
