Η Mytilineos, μια Leading Industry Company with international presence, is seeking to fill the position of Collections Agent at its offices in N. Heraklion Attica.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. The job includes drafting, printing, filing and tracking of letters sent to customers.
  2. Executing requests towards electricity distribution network administrators and natural gas suppliers.
  3. Efficient handling of customer requests and data recording through the company's ERP/CRM system.
  4. Processing documents related to debt collection and overdue accounts management.
  5. Closely collaborating with the Customer Service Department for efficient resolution of debt collection and overdue accounts issues.
  6. Effective management of customer interactions regarding their account balances.

Requirements:

  1. Techinical School graduate in economic field.
  2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  3. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Teamwork and collaboration spirit.
  5. Critical and analytical thinking.
  6. Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
  7. Experience in the Electricity and Natural Gas sector is desired.
