ManpowerGroup is in search of an experienced Director to oversee the full spectrum of retail operations. The successful candidate will drive performance, ensure efficiency, and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals in a dynamic retail environment.

Working Model: On-Site

You will be reporting to: District Sales Manager

More specifically, the candidate will:

• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with corporate objectives
• Lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams to deliver consistent results
• Oversee operational aspects of the store
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Analyze market trends to maintain a competitive edge and identify growth opportunities
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Monitor performance metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions as needed

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience at a senior level, preferably in a multi-unit retail setting
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage priorities effectively
