Interface Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Project Interface Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all interface activities from FEED to startup, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal stakeholders and external contractors.

This role involves working closely with the production and engineering teams, as well as subsea and HSE departments to ensure that all interface actions are resolved efficiently without creating variations to contractors' Statements of Work.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery manager in maintaining accurate records of interface actions and agreements.
  • Monitor and track project schedules and deadlines to ensure milestone dates are met.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to resolve interface actions efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Previous project experience as a Project Interface Coordinator.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
