Assist travelers with their inquiries and provide solutions to common customer concerns at Cross Border Talents. As a Travel Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with bookings or travel-related questions.



About the Role:

Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries and issues, accurately logging consumer questions and feedback, and handling client complaints according to the company's procedures. Ensure all support calls and emails are resolved within agreed service levels and properly documented.



Requirements:


  • Fluency in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level)
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry or a call center
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks remotely
