Someone is needed for the administration and maintenance of shared facilities of buildings in Athens.

The tasks will include:
  • Coordinating maintenance work
  • Managing financial aspects of each building
  • Facilitating gatherings of shareholders or clients
  • Maintaining regular contact with customers regarding any problems that may arise.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience as a manager of shared spaces
  • High school diploma
  • Good English language knowledge
  • Ability to organize tasks efficiently
  • Strong work ethic
  • Patience
  • Understanding of client needs
