  • Διασφάλιση της Ομαλής Λειτουργίας

Ο/Η επικεφαλής θα διασφαλίσει ότι οι ανάγκες του πελάτη πληρούνται με τον πιο αποτελεσματικό τρόπο, ενώ παράλληλα θα αξιοποιεί κάθε δυνατότητα για την αυτοβελτίωση και την ανάπτυξη των τραπεζικών συναλλαγών.

  • Εμπορική Διαχείριση

Θα είναι υπεύθυνη για την εμπορική διαχείριση των καταστημάτων καθώς και την οργάνωση και管理 των άδειων και τακτικών παραγγελιών.

  • Προσδιορισμός των στόχων

Θα καθορίζει τους στόχους και τα προγράμματα που πρέπει να εκτελεστούν αποκαθιστώντας το Χρηματικό ρυθμό TCHARISTIOU χαρακτηριστικού.
