Insurance Assistance Representative

As an Insurance Assistance Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers who have suffered a car breakdown. Your primary objective will be to provide guidance and support to these customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Communicate with customers via phone calls or email to gather information and address their concerns.
  • Assist customers in finding suitable garage services and provide recommendations tailored to their needs.
  • Promote our products and services, such as credit options, to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to foster a positive image and reputation for our company.
  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving related goals and developing new projects.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer complaints efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in sales is desirable.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to remain calm under pressure and support others in doing so.
