Insurance Assistance Representative

As an Insurance Assistance Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers who have suffered a car breakdown. Your primary objective will be to provide guidance and support to these customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Communicate with customers via phone calls or email to gather information and address their concerns.
- Assist customers in finding suitable garage services and provide recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Promote our products and services, such as credit options, to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers to foster a positive image and reputation for our company.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving related goals and developing new projects.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in sales is desirable.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capacity to remain calm under pressure and support others in doing so.
