Job Title: Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team.

The Production Coordinator will be responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring worldwide imports and exports. This includes:

• Managing data entry in ERP program.
• Organizing and managing logistics warehouse to process supplier orders.
• Communicating with suppliers and forwarders for shipment arrangements.
• Collecting and paying agreements with suppliers.
• Coordinating production activities.

Key Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Competent user of ERP systems such as ENTERSOFT EXPERT & ENTERSOFT EBS.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Calendar management.
• Effective communication skills.
• Multitasking.
• Time management.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
