To assistance analyst supports the Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement (OE&CI) teams in analyzing data from sales reports to support A.I.M BUSINESS SOLUTIONS’s growth strategies. A lot of work will involve working with IT, setting up a good Knowledge Management System for sales reporting, using software programs that can analyze large datasets, continuous improvement by identifying necessary training as well as analyzing problem areas within all various departments of A.I.M BUSINESS SOLUTIONS. Assistance analysts typically don’t have a background in business/ economics but need to be comfortable with finance and accounting principles.
