Network Security Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Network and Cybersecurity Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures while ensuring the highest level of security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and monitor network and security systems, identifying and resolving technical problems and issues.
• Participate in project planning, providing technical insights and recommendations to ensure that security requirements are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into network architecture and systems.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in network engineering and cybersecurity.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
• Manage research projects, monitoring progress, participating in meetings, preparing reports, and deliveringables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Master's degree or PhD is a plus.
• Experience in network engineering, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting of complex network infrastructures.
• Knowledge of network protocols and network security concepts, technologies, and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address network and security-related issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with research activities.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to travel abroad.

Desirable Skills:

• Conduct security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments to identify potential risks and implement appropriate security measures.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
