Established in 1986 by the SOL Group, Vivisol Hellas has grown to become one of Europe's largest home care groups. With over three decades of experience in the homecare business, our company specializes in providing comprehensive respiratory care services, including oxygen therapy, mechanical ventilation, and artificial nutrition.

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Leader to join our Finance Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting processes, ensuring compliance with tax and accounting regulations, and managing our financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage all accounting processes, including bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and cash management.
  • Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with applicable tax and accounting regulations, prepare for audits, and verify the accuracy of financial reports.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts, analyze variances between forecasts and actual results, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Team Management: Supervise and guide the accounting team, provide training and support to team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy in their work.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Create detailed financial reports and analyze financial data to assist management in making strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a postgraduate degree or professional certifications (such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, MBA) being desirable.
  • 5-10 years of experience in accounting or financial management, with at least 2-3 years in a senior management role.
  • Excellent understanding of local and international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of accountants.
  • Proficiency in ERP software, SAP, and advanced Excel tools.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
