Social Media Ads and Advertising Specialist
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Ads and Advertising Specialist to join our team and help drive our online shop's growth. This is a full-time role, based in Athens, requiring a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on various social media platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
- Create engaging ad content by editing and posting high-quality video and photo material on social media platforms.
- Test ads to identify which ones perform best and scale successful campaigns, while stopping underperforming campaigns.
- Design ads using Canva and CapCut or Adobe Photoshop to ensure they align with our branding standards.
- Enhance product images by Photoshop editing to improve quality and add product characteristics for better engagement.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify target audiences and create detailed customer personas for effective campaign targeting.
- Allocate and manage advertising budgets across platforms, ensuring optimal ROI while avoiding overspending.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and formats to determine the most effective strategies for engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze competitor ad strategies to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Write compelling and persuasive ad copy tailored to the platform and audience to maximize clicks and conversions.
- Set up and manage retargeting campaigns to engage with users who have shown interest in the brand but haven't converted yet.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, including insights into reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with proven success managing Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and Photoshop.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze ROAS and other performance metrics, with a strong focus on achieving positive returns.
- Creativity: Strong creative skills for designing ads and crafting effective campaigns.
- Competitive monthly salary: €1,000 net to start, with a €50 salary increase every 6 months for the next 3 years.
