Main Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Ukrainian-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.

Key Duties:
  • Content Review: Carefully review various types of user content, including posts, images, and videos, to ensure they align with community guidelines and platform standards.
  • Policy Enforcement: Detect and take action on inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content by following established policies.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Utilize your knowledge of the Ukrainian language to assess content with cultural sensitivity and understanding.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to resolve reported issues and provide feedback to enhance moderation tools and processes.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent Ukrainian: Native-level proficiency in Ukrainian, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • English Proficiency: A good working knowledge of English for effective team communication and interactions with management.
  • Social Media Familiarity: Familiarity with popular social media platforms and a keen interest in online trends.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to follow platform guidelines meticulously and ensure all content meets required standards.
