Role Overview:

Chef de Partie is a key role in the kitchen, responsible for executing culinary excellence.

The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment.

About the Role:

  • Operate efficiently, following instructions and maintaining high standards in food preparation and presentation.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and departments to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Perform related duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Fully meet our quality expectations by adhering to HACCP guidelines and implementing efficient kitchen operations.
  2. Ensure all ingredients meet our high standards.
  3. Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu.
  4. Maintain consistency in menu item preparation and presentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possess excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrate very good knowledge of A La Carte cuisine.
  • Hold a culinary degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Speak fluent Greek and possess good English language skills.
  • Be available to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
