Job Title: Content Moderator - Hebrew and English

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the digital environment and ensuring a positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate various types of content, including videos, news articles, images, and social media profiles.
  • Assess and categorize content based on criteria such as age-appropriateness, violence levels, sexual content, and political transparency.
  • Ensure alignment with clients' policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both Hebrew and English, with strong reading and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, shared services, or a customer experience environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Greece.
What We Offer:
  • Comprehensive relocation package for candidates residing outside of Thessaloniki or abroad.
  • Flight ticket to Thessaloniki, taxi transfer from the airport to a hotel, and up to 2 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival.
  • Assistance with obtaining necessary hiring documentation.
  • Up to EUR 350 gross to cover the real estate agency fee when securing permanent accommodation.
  • Permanent contract, lunch vouchers, transportation allowance, additional PTO on your birthday, private health care coverage, and 14 salary payments annually.
