Utility Operations Specialist

As a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional, you will play a pivotal role in the Utility Operations team at our organization.

You will be responsible for managing utility-related issues, including meter readings management, energy invoice issuance, and billing-related reporting. Regular communication with customer support teams, partner agencies, and network operators will also be a key aspect of this position.

Your duties will include:

• Executing regular and ad hoc customer billing printing and delivery, performing sample checks on the correctness of issued invoices, and maintaining records of checked and confirmed printed bills.
• Participating in the Billing Cycles Management process by updating the billing system with necessary commissioning specifications.
• Handling meter readings and metering corrections processes for electricity and natural gas, and performing validations before uploading them into the company's systems.
• Resolving escalated customer issues related to measurements and charges-related disputes.
• Performing and controlling the process of reimbursement of municipal fees in respective municipalities and compiling reports for involved parties.
• Providing regular and ad hoc reporting for customers to support sales functions and providing customized reports to large customers.
• Printing and dispatching issued documents to customers and updating the billing system with necessary commissioning specifications as described in contracts.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a relevant discipline (applied science).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
• Advanced software skills, MS Office.
