Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer experience to Spanish-speaking clients. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, who can work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in Spanish, very good written and oral communication skills in English, and exceptional problem-solving skills. They should also be familiar with CRM tools and have experience working in customer-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers via phone, chat & email
  • Prevent fraud, protect data and safeguard customers
  • Be an ambassador of our client
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction

Requirements:
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Very good written and oral communication skills in English
  • Exceptional communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
  • Computer knowledge/tech savviness, experience with CRM tools preferred
  • Ability to work under stressful and testing situations with customers
  • Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles preferred
