  • Kitchen Roles: €1,100 - €2,100 Net
  • Chef de Cuisine: €2,100 Net
  • Sous Chef: €1,960 Net
  • Pastry B/Assistant Chef: €1,400 - €1,500 Net
  • Chef de Partie (Cook A): €1,700 - €1,800 Net
  • Demi Chef de Partie (Cook B): €1,400 - €1,500 Net
  • Commis Chef (Cook C): €1,100 Net
  • Restaurant Manager: €1,400 - €1,600 Net
  • Waiters/Waitress: €1,100 - €1,200 Net
  • Assistant Waiter: €1,000 - €1,100 Net
  • Bartender: €1,100 Net
  • Assistant HSK Manager (Greek language): €1,450 Net
  • Storage Manager (Greek language): €1,500 Net
  • Assistant Garden Manager (Greek language): €1,000 - €1,200 Net
  • Maintenance Manager (Greek language): €2,000 Net
What We Offer
  • Free accommodation in a shared room (2-4 people)
  • All employees are entitled to receive bonuses in accordance with Greek law concerning seasonal employees (Leave & Christmas Bonus).
  • You will receive between 1 and 2 extra monthly salaries if you work throughout the entire season (7 months), which is approximately 1.5 to 2 months' salary.
  • If you have a shorter contract, the bonus amount is proportional to the time worked.
  • Working time (days): 6 days a week / 26 days a month
  • Working hours (hours): 8.5 hours a day / 0.5-hour break
  • Free 3 meals a day (also during your day off)
  • Health insurance
  • Pick-up from the airport upon arrival and drop-off at the airport at the end of the contract
  • The contract is signed directly with the hotel
  • Employment certificate and references
  • Support in preparing documents
Requirements
  • Languages: Communicative knowledge of English, minimum B1 level, with fluent English required depending on the position. Other languages are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years in a similar role, preferably in the luxury hospitality or gastronomy sector.
  • Education: Studies in Gastronomy, Hospitality, or related fields. Technical or higher education is highly valued.
  • Documentation: Must possess a European passport to ensure compliance with legal and mobility requirements.
