Η Foam Labeling αναζητά einen Freelance Schnittmusterkünstler/Kollektor zur Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Herstellung von Kindermodekollektionen. Der Kandidat sollte Erfahrung im Bereich Schnittmusterkunst und Produktionskoordination haben. Wir suchen nach jemandem mit einer kombinierten technischen Spezialisierung und kreativer Denkfähigkeit, um unsere Modekollektion zu verbessern.

• Δημιουργία και ανάπτυξη schnittmuster für Kleidung für Kinder von 3 bis 14 Jahren, entsprechend der künstlerischen Ausrichtung der Kollektion

• Techische Korrekturen, Fittings und Vorbereitung für die Produktion

• Koordinierung von Mustervorlagen und Kommunikation mit externen Partnern (Produktionswerken, Schneidebetrieben, Nähsalons)

• Durchführung von Zeitplänen und Kostenkontrolle pro Serie

• Pokaleinsatz und Behandlung von Problemen während der Produktion

• Kooperation mit der künstlerischen Leitung für die Umsetzung des Konzepts jeder Saison

• Experience in Pattern Design and Production Coordination

• Knowledge of CAD Software (like Gerber or Lectra) or experience with manual pattern making

• Sense of commerce and production feasibility

• Organizational and communication skills

• Interest in children's fashion, thematic storytelling, and sustainability

• Active participation in collections inspired by fantasy worlds and play

• Cooperation with consistency, professionalism, and opportunities for growth

• Potential for full integration into the team as the brand expands
