About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a generalist HR background, with experience in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll expertise, and training.

This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can manage day-to-day HR operations while also identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee journey from hiring plans to offboarding.
  • Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Workforce Management: Develop and maintain weekly shift schedules for a shift-based workforce, optimizing efficiency and compliance.
  • HR Support: Act as a key contact for payroll and HR-related queries, ensuring employees receive the necessary support.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements across HR functions to enhance efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Identify and support training and development needs, including performance management processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate employee records and managing reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in an HR generalist role, including payroll processing and workforce management.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with HRIS and payroll software.
