Data Governance Specialist

This role is responsible for managing and maintaining geophysical and geological databases, ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading projects for large-scale clean-up, migration, and restructuring.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and enforcing data management policies and procedures, as well as overseeing the storage, retrieval, and archiving of seismic data, well logs, and other G&G datasets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure proper functioning of data management systems.
  • Provide training and support to geoscientists and engineers on data management practices and tools.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and technical documents using G&G data.
