Resort HR Specialist

An HR Administrator position is available at a resort.

The selected candidate will be responsible for requesting job offer acceptance from the HR Manager, creating employee folders with necessary documents, and registering new hires, weekly schedules, and work accidents.

Additionally, the individual will collect signed contracts, GDPR declarations, and training attendance documents from seasonal employees and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.

Close cooperation with the payroll team regarding sickness leaves, annual leaves, and payroll issues is also required.

Finally, the candidate will organize exit procedures, including submitting dismissals to OAED for unemployment benefits.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Tourism, or Business Administration would be advantageous.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel, is crucial.
• Knowledge of HRM systems, such as Pylon and Ergani, would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communicative skills are necessary.
