We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical and Electrical Engineer to join our team. As an M&E Site Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation of mechanical and electrical systems on construction sites, ensuring full compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Management: Supervise and manage the installation of M&E systems on construction sites, ensuring full compliance with project specifications and safety regulations
  • Site Coordination: Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, ensuring work progresses according to established schedules and quality standards
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to verify proper installation and adherence to engineering standards
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying and addressing any deviations or delays
  • Communication: Liaise effectively with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain seamless communication across all phases of the project
  • Technical Support: Provide hands-on technical support and guidance during the construction process
  • Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot on-site problems, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver clear, concise progress reports and updates to management
Requirements
  • A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in building construction projects, with proven on-site involvement in hotel infrastructure works
  • Strong technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems within complex building developments
  • Hands-on experience as an M&E Site Engineer or in a similar role in the construction industry
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, and MS Project
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel and work on project sites across Greece
