  • Preparation and service of drinks with unique taste and experience to customers">
  • Ensuring positive relationships with the clients and colleagues within a fast-paced environment">
  • Presenting oneself as an ambassador of the bar and promoting our products and services through your appearance and interaction with our guests">
  • Work closely with kitchen team to ensure seamless operation and high level of customer satisfaction">
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work efficiently during peak hours">
  • Basic knowledge of wine, cocktails and other beverages and being able to recommend them to our customers">
  • Ability to handle money accurately and make change when necessary">
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times">
  • Maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others around you">
  • Participate in any training or education sessions organized by management to improve skills and knowledge">
  • Assist with daily opening and closing procedures as required">
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time">
  • Maintain good physical and mental health, including regular exercise, healthy eating and sufficient rest">
  • Be willing to adapt to changes in the business and support new initiatives">
  • Ensure that all interactions are respectful, friendly and courteous">
  • Make recommendations on improving the services we provide to our guests">

  • Inform Management about any incidents or concerns that may arise while working">
  • Follow all Health and Safety policies and procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment">
  • Responsible for taking care of cash handling, inventory control, cleaning and preparation">
  • Must have strong communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely to staff and customers">
  • Required technical qualifications include:">
  • Certificate of completion of relevant formal education/training in hospitality sector (related field) -">
  • Willingness to learn and get involved in product knowledge – preferably hold Certification related to Bartending/Sommelier/Service/Hospitality fields">
  • Should be free from any criminal charges">
  • Good command of English language for better communication with international customers – mandatory for those interested in evening shifts">
  • Strong attitude towards teamwork, client satisfaction and maintaining the highest level of professionalism within the workplace">
  • Should have basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems, particularly in regards to accurate transactions and financial record-keeping">
  • Maintain punctuality, excellent time management, and regular attendance">
  • Previous experience working as barman or bartender will be considered positively">
  • To perform effectively as a barman/bartender one needs to have ability to multitask under pressure, but simultaneously ensuring attention to detail and precision, having self-control and discipline">
  • An ideal candidate should also have innovative ideas and eagerness to continuously develop their skills in order to push forward constantly improving results">
