Ζητείται somebody with extensive experience in the field of human resources management, who is able to manage a team and work on challenging tasks. The job involves various responsibilities such as recruitment, employee management, payroll preparation, training, and performance evaluation.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment (evaluation of resumes, interviews)
• Comprehensive management of the employees' file (paper-based or digital)
• Reports to management (hiring, training, filling positions)
• Human resources management (permissions, absences)
• Evaluation of human resources skills
• Participation in salary preparation (in collaboration with the financial directorate)
• Electronic submission to Ergani (employee roster, permissions)
• Management of employee training (LAEK, etc.)
• Development of the HR department (staffing, goals, evaluation)
• Budget monitoring

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics / Business Administration / Human Resource Management
• Possibility of postgraduate studies
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position of responsibility
• Excellent knowledge of labor legislation, salaries, MS Office and English
• Diplomacy, organization, excellent communication
