Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating all forecasting activities, ensuring the appropriate availability of products by keeping track of inventory and anticipating demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate monthly demand forecasts for each product using market trends, historical sales, and stock levels from different locations.
  • Coordinate the inbound flow of goods from order processing to receipt.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop consensus forecast, incorporating sales and marketing promotion and new launch activities.
  • Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in supply chain or demand planning roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and inventory management principles.
  • Advanced mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems and data analysis.
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
