About This Role

As a seasoned IT leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and operations.

This includes managing a team of IT professionals, designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, developing and implementing IT strategies, initiatives, and technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and objectives, and ensuring IT Systems and Policies are compliant with ISO 27001 requirements.

  • You will also be responsible for coordinating the security and integrity of IT systems, networks, and data through the implementation of robust security measures, protocols, and best practices.
  • Additionally, you will monitor and assess the organization's IT security posture, identify vulnerabilities and risks, and implement appropriate controls and mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, data infrastructure specialist, application developers and IT support staff.
  2. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
  3. Develop and implement IT strategies, initiatives, and technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  4. Ensure IT Systems and Policies are compliant with ISO 27001 requirements.
  5. Coordinate the security and integrity of IT systems, networks, and data through the implementation of robust security measures, protocols, and best practices.
  6. Monitor and assess the organization's IT security posture, identify vulnerabilities and risks, and implement appropriate controls and mitigation strategies.
Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role in IT and project management of multi-disciplinary departments.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT systems, architectures, technologies, and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of IT governance, compliance, risk management, and security frameworks.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build, develop and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on driving results, innovation and continuous improvement.
