Optimize Supply Chains as a Logistics Expert

We are seeking an expert in logistics and supply chain management with 2-3 years of experience in transportation, distribution, or related fields. Your knowledge of route planning, GIS tools, and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is crucial to our success. Additionally, your analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities will enable you to propose improvements to enhance middle mile, last mile, and Proof of Delivery systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field and have experience in process improvement and cross-functional project participation. Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as SLA, cost performance, return rates, fill rate, etc., is also essential. • Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in the planning and implementation of new distribution operations and platform deployments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing supply chain flows (B2B, B2C, B2G)
• Support routing optimization efforts using simulations and scenario testing
• Contribute to the implementation of new capabilities across platforms
• Propose improvements to enhance middle mile, last mile, and Proof of Delivery systems
• Monitor and report on platform performance, cost efficiency, and customer experience KPIs
