Job Title: Spare Parts Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare quotations and offers based on customer inquiries.
  • Handle spare parts orders, including order acknowledgment, customer and supplier communications, and order deliveries.
  • Monitor and coordinate logistics and customs issues regarding spare parts orders deliveries.
  • Ensure that spare part opportunities are followed up before quote expiry.
  • Maintain good working relations with all stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
  • Coordinate and cooperate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Previous experience in spare parts supplying and forwarding is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office.
  • Proficiency in computer software.
