Beach Attendant

Ella Resorts, a luxury eco-chic resort chain in the Mediterranean region, seeks a motivated individual to join their team as a Beach Service Attendant.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills and become part of a dynamic hospitality team.

To ensure a clean and safe environment at the hotel's beach area while providing attentive service to guests throughout the day.

• Maintain sunbeds, umbrellas, towels, and pool/beach equipment in good condition.
• Keep the beach area clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
• Assist guests with sunbed arrangements and provide towels as needed.
• Ensure guest safety by observing behavior in and around the pool/beach.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the relevant department.
• Support the F&B or housekeeping teams with light service tasks when needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with pool/beach maintenance procedures is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in warm conditions.
• Attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Team spirit and willingness to assist across departments.
• Basic English language skills.
