"So we are searching for a Junior Project Manager "Buildings" to work with us at CollegeLink.
"CollegeLink" is a leading energy company in Greece and internationally, seeking a talented professional to manage projects from construction. Our team handles complex projects and seeks someone who can effectively plan and execute tasks.
"The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or similar field and 2 years of experience as a project manager or planner in similar projects. They must be fluent in English, both spoken and written, and proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
"Responsibilities:
"- To draft the budget of the project and monitor its implementation,
"- To create a project timeline and track progress,
"- To find and evaluate suppliers/contractors for material procurement and task execution,
"- To draft construction contracts and monitor their implementation,
"- To review studies and identify any errors or omissions and implement corrective actions,
"- To inform the Director of Construction about the project's progress,
"- To prevent and resolve technical problems during construction,
"- To prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports,
"- To oversee and coordinate all parties involved in the project's successful completion.
