Αναφέρεται σε Quality & Systems Manager

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με το πρότυπο ISO 45001 και με την κείμενη νομοθεσία περί Υγείας, Ασφάλειας & Περιβάλλοντος (HSE)
  • Επίβλεψη της εφαρμογής πολιτικών, διαδικασιών και οδηγιών HSE, τόσο εντός του οργανισμού όσο και στα έργα που υλοποιούνται
  • Διενέργεια επιθεωρήσεων σε έργα του οργανισμού για την τήρηση των απαιτούμενων αρχείων HSE από τους υπεργολάβους
  • Συμμετοχή στη διερεύνηση συμβάντων, σχεδόν ατυχημάτων και μη ασφαλών καταστάσεων εργασίας. Ανάλυση των συνθηκών και εισηγήσεις διορθωτικών ενεργειών όπου απαιτείται
  • Σύνταξη, καταγραφή και παρακολούθηση της υλοποίησης διορθωτικών ενεργειών κατόπιν επιθεωρήσεων
  • Δυνατότητα εκπόνησης και αξιολόγησης κινδύνων στα έργα
  • Επίβλεψη και επικαιροποίηση των σχετικών μελετών
  • Υλοποίηση εκπαιδεύσεων για νέο και υφιστάμενο προσωπικό, αναφορικά με τις εσωτερικές τεχνικές οδηγίες, πολιτικές και διαδικασίες HSE του οργανισμού
  • Σύνταξη τακτικών και έκτακτων αναφορών προς την Υπεύθυνη του τμήματος
  • Παρακολούθηση των βιβλίων υποδείξεων στα έργα και σύνταξη αναφορών, καθώς και συντονισμός ενεργειών επίλυσης όπου κρίνεται αναγκαίο

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού, εγγεγραμμένου στο Τεχνικό Επιμελητήριο Ελλάδας (ΤΕΕ), με δυνατότητα υπογραφής ΜΕΕΚ και ΣΑΥ
  • Επαγγελματική εμπειρία 2 έως 4 ετών σε ανάλογη θέση
  • Νομοθετική επάρκεια σε θέματα HSE
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Κάτοχος άδειας οδήγησης
