Job Title

Sales Operations & Customer Success Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations & Customer Success Manager to drive efficiency, alignment, and performance across our sales and customer success teams.

  • Develop and optimize sales workflows tailored to digital insurance products and distribution models.
  • Support sales planning, quota setting, and territory management.
  • Design and execute training plans for B2B customers.
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead management and campaign tracking.

About the Role

This role will focus on optimizing processes enabling revenue growth, supporting customer retention, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end client experience. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales operations and customer success, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and customer journey mapping.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Insurtech models is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
