
Strategic Accounting Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for leading the accounting function and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of accountants to ensure smooth operation of the accounting function;
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements;
- Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial reporting requirements;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination;
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and standards;
- Mentor and guide junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge;
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a leadership role;
- Excellent academic records from a reputable institution;
- Professional certifications such as CIMA, ACCA, or ACA;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities and deadlines;
- Commitment to providing high-quality services and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
