Κύριος Στόχος: Η επίβλεψη της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας, ο προγραμματισμός, συντονισμός και διαχείριση των πόρων της παραγωγής σύμφωνα με τα εταιρικά πρότυπα ποιότητας.

Σημαντικές Ευθύνες:

  • Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα ασχοληθεί μεταξύ άλλων με τον προγραμματισμό, συντονισμό και την αποτελεσματική διαχείριση των πόρων της παραγωγής.
  • Θα έχει την ανάγκη να έχει την συνεχή και άμεση επίβλεψη του χώρου παραγωγής και να την εύρυθμη λειτουργία του.
  • Θα πρέπει να έχει την δυνατότητα να διαχειρίζεται και καθοδηγεί το προσωπικό παραγωγής και να αναπτύσσει στρατηγική για τη μεγιστοποίηση της παραγωγής.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχιούχος ΑΕΙ/ ΤΕΙ σχετικού αντικειμένου.
  • Τουλάχιστον 5 έτη αντίστοιχης επαγγελματικής προϋπηρεσίας.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών και χειρισμού Η/Υ.
  • Εξοικείωση με τη διαχείριση και συντήρηση βιομηχανικού εξοπλισμού.
  • Ικανότητα διοίκησης και διαχείρισης προσωπικού.
  • Απαραίτητες συστατικές επιστολές από προηγούμενους εργοδότες.

  • Η υλοποίηση των έργων.
  • Η αντιμετώπιση κινδύνων.

Λειτουργίες:

  • Η επίβλεψη της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας.
  • Ο προγραμματισμός, συντονισμός και διαχείριση των πόρων της παραγωγής.
  • Η διαχείριση του προσωπικού παραγωγής.
