Chief Financial Strategist

The role of a Financial Analyst is pivotal in providing accurate and data-driven information to support strategic decision making.

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing management accounts, analyzing financial data, and identifying trends to recommend actions. Your expertise will guide and influence long-term and strategic decision making.

• Prepare monthly and year-end management accounts (P/L, Balance Sheet)

• Analyze financial data taking into account company goals and financial standing

• Identify trends and recommend actions based on sound analysis

• Consult with management to guide and influence long-term and strategic decision making

• Assist with new business processes and identify areas for improvement

• Maintain knowledge and stay abreast of developments in finance and security

• BS degree in Finance; postgraduate degree ACCA or equivalent is advantageous

• Three years' experience as a Finance Analyst within a multinational organization

• Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Excellent use of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc) or MS Office

• Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and ERP software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics (Axapta)

• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Greek language
