Ο κάτοχος της θέσης θα έχει την ευθύνη του προγραμματισμού, συντονισμού και ελέγχου των δραστηριοτήτων συντήρησης των ακινήτων που διαχειρίζεται η εταιρεία.

• Υπεύθυνος για τον προγραμματισμό, υλοποίηση και εκπόνηση του ετήσιου προγράμματος συντήρησης (προληπτικής και διορθωτικής) των ακινήτων, τη σύνταξη του σχετικού προϋπολογισμού και την υποβολή του προς έγκριση στον επικεφαλής της Τεχνικής Διεύθυνσης.
• Υπεύθυνος για τον προγραμματισμό, υλοποίηση και εκπόνηση του ετήσιου προγράμματος νέων έργων που αφορούν τα ακίνητα του Ομίλου, την σύνταξη του σχετικού επενδυτικού προϋπολογισμού και την υποβολή του προς έγκριση στον Επικεφαλής της Τεχνικής Διεύθυνσης.
• Εκτελεί το πρόγραμμα προληπτικής και διορθωτικής συντήρησης του ηλεκτρομηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού και των λοιπών κτηριακών εγκαταστάσεων για τη διασφάλιση της διαρκούς και βέλτιστης λειτουργίας και απόδοσης τους, σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα που έχουν τεθεί.
• Εξετάζει καθημερινά αιτήματα και εντολές εργασίας για να καθορίσει τις προτεραιότητες του Τμήματος Συντήρησης αναθέτοντας τις αντίστοιχες εργασίες στο προσωπικό και παρακολουθεί την πρόοδο για την ολοκλήρωση τους.
• Επιβλέπει την εκτέλεση των νέων έργων.
• Υπεύθυνος για τον εξοπλισμό και τα υλικά που αφορούν στη συντήρηση των ακινήτων α) σε συνεργασία με τους Operations Managers των καταλυμάτων και β) τους τεχνικούς συντηρητές για όλα τα υπόλοιπα ακίνητα του Ομίλου σε συνεργασία με το Asset Management.
• Υπεύθυνος για την οργάνωση και τήρηση του φυσικού και ηλεκτρονικού αρχείου του τμήματος καθώς και την αξιοποίηση, βελτίωση, λειτουργία και συντήρηση όλων των ηλεκτρονικών προγραμμάτων που απαιτούνται για την χρήση από το τμήμα του βάσει εσωτερικών λειτουργιών. Διασφαλίζει την κατάλληλη τεκμηρίωση στο σύστημα των εργασιών που εκτελούνται και διατηρεί ακριβή αρχεία.
• Εξετάζει, επιβλέπει και τηρεί την υλοποίηση του προϋπολογισμού μέσα στα εγκεκριμένα όρια.
• Υπεύθυνος για την πραγματοποίηση των προβλεπόμενων τακτικών επισκέψεων των ακινήτων του Ομίλου για την καταγραφή των τυχόν προβλημάτων και τη συμμόρφωση τους με τις λειτουργικές απαιτήσεις και τα πρότυπα ασφαλείας.
