Job Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Hungarian Language Specialist. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to clients through various digital channels. This includes responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our products and services.

As a Hungarian Language Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging content that meets the needs of our diverse client base. This may include developing marketing materials, creating social media posts, and writing articles for our company blog.

In addition to your language skills, you will also need to have a strong understanding of our products and services. This includes being able to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, and being able to troubleshoot common issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Hungarian with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or sales environment.
  • Content Creation: Ability to create high-quality content that meets the needs of our target audience.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of our products and services, including their features and benefits.
