Job Title: Onshore Operator

About the Role:

The Energean company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Onshore Operator to join our team in the production of petroleum and gas in the North Aegean region. As an Onshore Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our facilities, ensuring the highest standards of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control the production process, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and that production targets are met.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential safety hazards and take corrective action as necessary.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering, or chemical engineering.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
