At Nova, we are a young and dynamic team looking for a fast-thinking Payroll Coordinator to be part of our successful HR department.

You have a challenging mission to provide comprehensive support to the payroll team with a focus on managing absenteeism, timekeeping, maternity leave, and overtime tasks.

  • Support payroll operations with a focus on time management policies, monitoring employee attendance, and addressing absenteeism issues.
  • Maintain accurate records in timekeeping systems (e.g. illness, remote work, shifts).
  • Prepare and share regular HR reports.
  • Handle employee queries related to attendance and leave.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration and 0-3 years of experience in similar roles.

  • Familiarity with ERGANI and labor law compliance is a plus.
  • Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
