Power and Infrastructure Network Specialist

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Power & Infrastructure Support Specialist to oversee the technical aspects of our network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-line support for power and infrastructure issues, ensuring swift resolution and minimal downtime. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and escalating complex power and infrastructure issues to third-party vendors.
• Diagnosing and resolving power and infrastructure problems efficiently.
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues across various teams to ensure seamless problem resolution.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and escalations.

To succeed in this role, applicants must possess:

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a telecommunications or network support role, preferably with exposure to power and infrastructure management.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving power and infrastructure-related issues at network sites.
• Solid understanding of power supply systems, cooling systems, and other critical infrastructure components.
