As a key member of our team, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences through a wide variety of games across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.

Our goal is to provide a top-notch iGaming and customer experience within a user-friendly betting platform for all.

What You Will Do:

  1. Be the primary point of contact for customer requests.
  2. Actively listen to customers and provide solutions through phone calls, emails, or chats.
  3. Respond promptly to account queries including payment, login, verification, and bet queries.
  4. Direct unresolved requests and issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
  5. Record and handle inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Turn every customer into a happy customer.

What You Will Bring:

  • Excellent command of Spanish both in written and spoken form.
  • Advanced English knowledge.
  • Familiarity with iGaming is a plus.
  • Prior customer support experience is an asset.
  • Solution-driven thinking.
  • Empathetic communication skills.
  • A positive and adventurous attitude.
