Instructor - Automation Training

Training Instructor Role

As a Training Instructor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our local and global presence through instructional training for our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering high-quality training programs that meet customer needs
• Organizing and maintaining training facilities and equipment
• Conducting course evaluations and gathering feedback from participants to inform continuous improvement
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of course material, rules, and regulations within the field of expertise
• Participating in project teams and contributing to business growth initiatives

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A degree in mechanical engineering or a related field (MSc preferred)
• Teaching or training experience with a proven track record of success
• Technical knowledge of automation and control systems
• Hands-on experience with repair and overhaul of automation ship equipment
• Experience in the shipping industry, preferably in engineering or service roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
