Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled chef with at least 11 months of experience to work in a reputable seafood restaurant located in the area of New Kavala. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills and be able to effectively manage the kitchen team. Additionally, they should possess a strong knowledge of fish and seafood, as well as the ability to oversee food purchases and inventory management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. They will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety protocols, and implementing quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of food quality.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers. A positive attitude, flexibility, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service are essential qualities for this role.
