We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Transportation Customer Experts team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints related to truck and bus services.

Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
  • Support customers in case of truck breakdowns by creating cases in the CRM system.
  • Contact dealers/technicians or 3rd parties for assistance when necessary.
  • De-escalate concerns and propose solutions within set parameters.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in Polish and good communication skills in English. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience with knowledge management systems and information research is preferred.
