Marketing Strategist

A fast-growing FMCG company is seeking a seasoned Brand Manager to lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies for assigned products/brands.

• Conduct thorough analysis of brand positioning and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions.
• Develop, propose, and implement comprehensive marketing objectives, plans, and programs for assigned product(s)/brand(s).
• Translate brand elements into actionable plans and go-to-market strategies that drive business growth.
• Establish performance specifications, cost, and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors' activities to stay ahead in the industry.
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
• Liaise with sales personnel to brief them on marketing strategies and monitor sales performance of assigned product(s)/brand(s).

• University degree in Marketing or a related field and professional training.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager.
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix and ability to apply it in a practical setting.
• Prerequisite working experience in Food & Snacks Sector.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to inform marketing decisions.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and marketing best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• Excellent knowledge of English language.
