As a seasoned Backend Software Engineer, you will be working at the forefront of digital banking innovation. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in developing advanced banking systems.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in the full software development life cycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Contributing to code reviews and writing efficient, reliable, and maintainable .NET code.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the software development industry.

Requirements

  • Backend development experience: You've worked with languages like C# or Java for at least 3 years and have built robust, efficient backend systems that can handle real-world demands.
  • API development skills: You understand how to build well-structured APIs, that are documented and follow best practices, like error handling, industry-standard security practices etc.
  • Team player mentality: You thrive in collaborative environments, take feedback constructively, and contribute to shared goals with openness and accountability.
  • Commitment to quality: You believe in writing clean, reliable code and have experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) to keep standards high.
  • CI/CD Knowledge: Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes to streamline development workflows.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable working in fast-paced, Agile environments, handling changing requirements, and using tools like Azure Devops/Jira and Git.
  • Tools and AI: Familiarity with AI enabled IDEs and/or Copilots are considered a strong plus.
