As a Financial Advisor, you will play a vital role in mitigating risks by proactively pursuing overdue payments and reducing the company's exposure to bad debt.

A typical day for this Collection Agent position involves:

• Engaging in high-quality inbound/outbound communication with bank debtors;
• Identifying customer needs and payment ability;
• Negotiating repayment plans with customers in accordance with company policies;
• Ensuring all activities are carried out in compliance with regulatory requirements.

To be considered, you should have:

• Proven professional experience in a similar banking sector or financial servicer role;
• Familiarity with dialer systems;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Results orientation, accountability, and self-drive to deliver strong performance;
• Comfortable working in challenging environments and meeting deadlines;
• Good command of English;
• Efficient computer skills and multitasking abilities.
